This roof repair fabric is a heat-set, 100 percent spun-bonded, non-woven polyester mat. The mat comes with a keyless mechanical deadbolt lock and EZ mounting plates with no drilling required. It is designed to use as a reinforcement with Henry 289 white roofing sealant and other Henry asphaltic mastics and coatings. This fabric roll has a high degree of tensile strength, puncture resistance, expansion behavior, fabric impregnability, and tear strength. The flexible polyester repair fabric is made with a water-based leak stopper for lasting strength. It is an excellent repair reinforcement fabric for new and old construction in roofing and waterproofing applications.
